3 December - International Day of Disabled Persons
World Day of the Handicapped is also known as the International Day of People with Disability (IDPWD). It is observed on 3 December to raise awareness about understanding and accepting people with disabilities.
The theme for 2020 is "Building Back Better: toward a disability-inclusive, accessible and sustainable post COVID-19 World"
